Siamese Cat

Siamese cat snake is a species of catsnake found in Thailand. These snakes inhabit forest hills and plains. They are arboreal, but can also be found near water. This snake can reach about 2 meters in total length. Colors are greyish-brown with black crossbars. The head is dark brown with a dark stripe behind the eye, and the chin and throat are white. The snake is nocturnal. It is a venomous snake with a rear fang, therefore potentially dangerous, but no known casualties registered. It feeds on birds and eggs. Siamese cat snake is an oviparous species. Females lay up to 12 eggs per clutch.
